Return Policy

Eligibility for Return

• Returns will only be accepted if the delivered construction materials do not match the ordered specifications in terms of quality. The return request must be made within Before Dispatch of delivery and must include a valid reason.

Conditions for Return

• Materials must be in their original condition. Any used or damaged construction materials will not be eligible for return unless the damage or discrepancy was caused by the supplier.

• Travel charges for the return will be deducted from the refund, even if the return is approved. However, if the supplier is responsible for the error (e.g., wrong or defective materials), the return will still proceed, but travel charges will still apply.

   Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if a return is initiated, the supplier will be responsible for collecting any travel charges from the buyer. These travel charges will only be applicable if there is a valid reason for the return.

  Cementnbricks.com will not be responsible for collecting these charges.
