Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched without any charges. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days to the same bank account used for the payment.

Cancellation After Dispatch

• Once an order has been dispatched, it can only be cancelled if the delivered material’s quality does not match the ordered specifications. The customer must provide a valid reason for the return, clearly explaining how the quality differs from what was ordered.

• Travel and return charges will be deducted from the refund amount if cancellation occurs after dispatch.

• If the customer has chosen the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, the responsibility for covering the return travel charges will be shared by both the buyer and the supplier.
